I a working on a deer that was mounted nearly 70 years ago. Seams were split, eyes were loose, ears are curled. I fixed all these problems with sculpt and adding hair and some other stuff. As you can imagine, the hair is extremely sun bleached and yellowed. Is there anything you can do about the color of the hair? The guy does not want it to look perfect but I would like to help it more. Thanks

I have had a couple deer that were really old and I did a little repair on them and what i did was just use my airbrush with lacquer paint and very lightly touched up a few spots which worked fairly well fro what I had done. Hope this may help you a little, if it does not you can always take it off real easily with a brush or a rag with a little lacquer thinner.
