of a corsican I mounted about 3 weeks ago? I forgot to put in the crease in the eye. Rookie mistake.

I already know that answer. YES, you can rehydrate the eye. Click the orange SEARCH icon and type in "rehydrate the eye". According to Google, 189 people have asked that same question before you.
