I have looked in past post but did not find anything unless I have over looked.
I need some help on this one before I have an unsatisfied customer.
I need to ship 2mounted deer heads to Canada. The customer told me that UPS would ship it. However, when I called UPS they told me absolutely NO. That they would not ship anything pertaining to undomesticated animals not even a single hair. Does anyone know of another shipping Co. that would ship these heads?
I have a feeling he did not tell UPS what he was shipping. I certainly do not want customs at my doorstep.

UPS lied to you. Their Supply Chain Solutions ship probably $250K of WILD FUR, totally undomesticated, between USA and Canada each year. Maybe even more. Ask to speak to a manager or someone in the supply chain solutions / export dept.
You may need a USDA/APHIS permit for deer, I am not sure.
You may be at the beginning of a long paper trail. Just grit your teeth and get through it.
Thanks for the quick response. I did get a hold of SCS and a broker is needed for shipping but all is handled.
