Look under "Bleaching white sheep" or "Bleaching Dall sheep". Be warned however, bleaching weakens the hair structure. Old Dall sheep hair is extremely brittle and will fracture at the touch many times. You bleaching this guy this late in the process might very well destroy it. It the hair isn't brittle to the touch, bleach it only once and then was it with a good hair conditioner.

Try Cowboy magic

They have a product called taxidermy magic it is the same as cowboy magic but about $3.00 higher. Cowboy magic is at farm and fleet and other country supply stores.
You have a mount that is old and fragil(sp), full of dust and smoke. I use Cowboy Magic when ever I clean a mount. It is a shower in a bottle, that is not as hard as bleach. I would try cleaning if that does'n work than go to bleaching. Don
