I just did a search and there are several sets for sale there, although most are smaller than what you are looking for.
Also, there used to be a place on Lamar Blvd in Austin, TX - somewhere near the Texas Department of Public Safety office - that sold a lot of mounts and horns. They may have a set, but those folks are not cheap.
