what is the better or best elk manniken and who carries it?

I would like to mount it 90 degree bugling. so that it will clear my 9 foot ceiling.

Unless it is an early season cape, I would not mount it bugling. never understood these elk with late season capes mounted bugling. The best solution for low ceilings is a full sneak.

I was on a deer hunt in Sask Canada in late Nov. It was -32 F and I had a big bull walk right up to me and bugled. So, I wouldn't hesitate to mount one bugling no matter what time of year I shot it.
