It is from your home turf. I like the way somebody beat around the bush with the antler growing lesson to justify the price. In addition, with no rack measurements or score, how do they know it is in the top ten? It is a big rack though.
No not mine. Thought it seemed a tad expensive.
I was recently at Myrtle Beach and they had a zebra shoulder mount in the Gay Dolphin (department store) for $3999.99 I told my wife I had a man offer to sell me a live one for $700 maybe I should have took him up on it.

Size wise though yes its a nice buck but sure as heck is NOT Top ten...
Is it common for taxidermists to charge more for big bucks than for more common size bucks? IM looking at that 1000.00 taxiudermy work thing and thinking I have never been quoted a price that high...NO matter how big or small the deer are they always charge the same. We had a nice big buck done same time we had my sons first buck done and it was same price for both, with a discount for bring in two...
