Horse and Hound

hi. does anyone know of a supply company that sells horse pedestal forms or english foxhound shoulder mount forms (or similar as this is quite unusual)? i've looked around but so far have found nothing. thanks

Van Dykes catalog has LS horse forms.. It says they have the largest selection of horses in the industry so maybe you could call them about the pedestal form? They only have 4 LS forms shown but maybe they would have more not listed in the catalog?
