'outside' corner mount. (as opposed to inside cnr)

While familiar with inside corner mounts I have a deer mount i am doing that is required to sit on the 'outside' of an inner wall corner. (I hope that made sense)
I have worked through the process, (on paper), to add the 90 deg angled back board onto the back & adding extra shoulder area, but I was wondering if anyone here had done a mount like this and had any advice before i go for it?
Email me direct if you prefer.
I have looked through the archs but can only find info on the inside corner adaption.
Thank sam.

I did one years ago,and much like the inside corner "adapter", it can easily add too much "body" to your deer. If I ever did another, it would be a standard shoulder mount with a wedge cut inside it so that I didn't have to have a leg hanging down each wall. That will basically be a "neck" mount with the shoulders being "wings" and the brisket mostly eliminated.

hmmm

Yes, i know exactly what your saying George.
I dont want to much leg, nor the customer but the he does want a bit more shoulder & as much brisket kept as possible.
Apparently he has seen 1 other done like it.

So...I had 'penciled down' cutting a shallow 90 deg wedge into the existing b/board, (so i dont loose all the brisket), and adding the assembled ply wood wedge into that for around 3 inches of extra shoulder.
The form I am using does not have any upper leg at all so i will probably have to build that area some.

Shall tread slowly & carefully lol.
