Pronghorn horn stain

I have a pronghorn antelope that I am currently working on, (my first), with brown horns. The customer wants the horns to be black. What would be a good stain to use on this? Thanks, Bo.

Bo-
wipe horns with boiled linseed oil from the hardware store,
after a couple of minutes wipe off excess with paper towels.
This is for dark horns and antlers only; don't do it to
light colored sheep horns- they will end up dark, too!!

I like to use black hair dye from the local hair salon and apply with a small paint brush. after all that is what their horns are made of and it works great.
