Does anyone have any thoughts on how to create artificial egg yoke for a habitat scene?
Any advice will be helpful, thanks in advance
Robert

It was in Breakthrough some years back but it's simple

Clean an egg shell out. Mix some artificial water but add a healthy amount of cabosil and yellow resin coloring and pour and egg yolk sized amount in one end of the shell. When it cures, carefully remove the shell from around it. Then mix another batch with an smaller amount of cabosil to keep it clear and translucent but give it "body". Then pour a puddle to which you set your "yolk" into.

you can also use

Clear hot glue and melted crayon...that works wells too. Doesn't make a perfectly shaped yolk, but a very beievable one. melt your crayon and pour into the shell, then after it sets, put some hot glue around it for the white.
