I am about to attempt some landscaping, and I am trying to creat an octagon island with presure treated wood edging. If I have a 5 foot radious how wood i figure out the length off each peice and the degree off each cut? please help

360 divided by 8 = 45 degrees angle between sides.
Remember that it takes two pieces joined to make that 45 degrees; so the angle cut on each piece is 22 1/2 degrees.
