Why Jim Hutton does not answer his phone.

If anyone knows Mr. Hutton personally please tell him to answer his phone or maybe invest in an answering machine. I have been trying to get ahold of him for the past 2 months. I have left 2 messages with a lady and he has never returned my calls. I'm not one to tell someone else how to run their business, but a lesson in customer relations might do some good. If any one knows an alternate phone # to reach Mr. hutton please let me know.

I have been going thru the same problems with Jim. It takes daily calls at odd hours, for months at time to get lucky enough for him to answer his phone. I think he is just trying to avoid his wholesale customers for some reason. I have been sending him over $5000.00 of wholesale work for the past many years, and he won`t answer my calls or even respond to letters I have written him. He advertises 4 to 8 month return time, but everything lately has taken well over 1 year. NOT a good way to run a wholesale or any other business!

this this people to be responsible, do not send them your work, they are taking us for granted, this has to change treat us as business people or lose our busines
