Have any of you full-time taxidermists brought your adult (over 18) children into your business to work with you? I am wondering would it be better to bring them in as a partner or employee? Any imput or suggestions on this subject would be appreciated. Thank you

I have braught My children Into The Business With Me. It Has Been My Hope that One or the other would Carry On the Business. The Oldest Worked In the shop Through College, Then went his own way And became a business management consultant. The second Worked with me untill He went into the service, Wile in the service he Married and moved to Wyoming where he opperates his own shop. The youngest is puttsing around the shop now and seems as the other two To enjoy the work, But one never knows. Anyway, I do not recomend starting them off as a partner, I let my boys Know that a Partnership would be available down The road should they work out. But if you make them apartner straight away. They will feel they have all the rights and privaledges as do you. Make them earn it as you did. They will appreciate it more.
