Is this frustrating or what?!O*!@)

I've been at this pC for nearly a half-hour now and have tried to place my order for forms, eyes, training materials, etc. and so forth with McKenzie's via their online catalog and every time I get within two or three items of the end of my order, their system dumps all the stuff out of my shopping basket to where I have nothing in there and I must start all over again. Then, same thing happens again. WHat little hair I have left is laying on the floor after being pulled out. Geez. I've followed their online instructions to the letter and their system still hates me. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if you fixed it, how? Nothing this small is going to make me turn from McKenzie's for my supplies, but it sure does chap my backside.

Never had that happen. Now having said that, the next time I order it will happen to me.

Geeze Terry, way to jinx yourself! Yep, that 1-800 thing works slicker than honeyed sh!t.
