Our daughter Raina, who has been battling a terrible disease called battens for the past 15 years, slipped away this morning. I know heaven is a brighter place tonight with a wonderful new smile but we are going to miss her sunshine around here. Would appreciate your prayers for our family as we travel to Texas and say good bye. Thanks

There is nothing I can say that hasn't already been said, but I wanted to let you know that I will keep you and your family in mind. I think every life has a purpose, even if we can't always see it at the time. Raina succeeded in fulfilling hers earlier than most - that's all.
I know you will miss her.
Jehova Shamma, means the lord is there. At times like these you may not feel like He is there but He is. He was there with your daughter and now your daughter is there with Him. Take comfort in knowing that. It is a wonderful thing to see this "family" reach out with comfort and prayers to a brother who is going through so much pain. Hang on to all the memories and know that she is waiting for you and that you will see her again and she will say to you, I've been waiting for you and you will have a wonderful reunion and you will spend eternity together worshiping and praising our God.
