i'm from france actually and i'm at university so you can guess my age
and if I want to know EXACTLY what a panel or base is, it's because I have to define them in my glossary in french !

I was wondering if you have looked at any of the supply companies? You can click on suppliers at the top of this page to see some. If you go to McKenzies then click on panels, you will be able to see what a panel is, then click on bases and you can see the difference.
I must say I didn't think about that but someone told it to me and now I know
