Rule Enforcement on Political Pastes

Submitted by Ken Edwards, Taxidermy Net Forums Administrator on 05/04/2004 at 11:27. ( ken@taxidermy.net ) 67.140.204.31

The last thing I want to do is to prevent the discussion of important issues, but the past few weeks of off-topic posts have prompted me to clarify the rules of the Forums.

Political discussions are FINE, but cut-and-paste articles which have nothing to do with the Taxidermy Industry will be removed. I have removed several cut-and-paste messages today regarding the treatment of prisoners of war. If you want to discuss this issue as taxidermists, go right ahead, but please don't paste so-called "news" stories from other sources in the Forums. A simple hyperlink address will suffice.

Granted, there are some political issues which DO directly affect our industry, so SOME cut-and-pastes WILL be tolerated. BUT if you wish to merely copy large chunks of propaganda text from some other website and place it here, it will be removed.
