Emails show up from taxidermist's names I recognize. dblank, dvandenburg, etc. all quarentined for viruses. does anyone else get these? or are people really trying to email me?

These are viruses in somebodys computer using their address book and sending out emails with names and addys from that address book on them.I usually recieve between 2 and 10 a day.
