It finally happened

I shot a nice 13 point this morning at 9:00. He chased a doe right under my stand. He field dressed 195lbs and had a 20 inch spread. His neck is huge. Iam guessing his age at 31/2, I haven't checked to be sure yet. The rut is on guys and gals. I would be in the woods as much as I could the next 10 days or so. I saw four other bucks before he came by they all were "cruising" for chicks!

Looks like the really big guys are coming in this year. We've got 2 taken the end of oct. and around the first of nov. 11 point (green scored 200) and a 16 point - palmated; green scored 213. really monster bucks. Oh and these are from NorthEAST Ohio.

I've got one running around where I hunt - just not able to see him yet. Tree rubs are humungous. Gonna keep trying though.

Congratulations Tom!

I still have two of my own to do from LAST year yet. I have a bunch of stuff to do for myself, but I don't pay that well so it has to wait for now. Does anybody else have that problem?
