Bear rug

Had a customer call with a qustion regarding hair on a bear rug starting to change colors from possibly flouresent lighting (It is hanging at a local sporting goods store) Anybody out there had a similer problem and are there any remedies?

They can change

The plastic coverings on the light fixtures and go to low radiation tubes. Some covers filter out more UVA and UVB radiation than others.

Don't know of any UVR that would apply to fur.


Daylight bulbs...

These are the ones the doctors tell you to sit under for a couple of hours a day during the shorter days of winter to increase your sunlight intake. I would imagine they would affect a hair on hide just like direct sunlight.
