It is a taxidermist who's a member of the NTA and who's competed in competitions that are affiliated with teh NTA. When a certain amount of points (as assigned to ribbon values ) has been achieved, the member pays an annual fee to become a CERTIFIED taxidermist.
Certification available is , when your customers says wow ! that is a hell of a mount! and hands you green bills, I find this one the most satisfactory, LOL
Those green ribbons with pictures of dead presidents sure help me feel better about myself.
Never paid a bill with a blue ribbon...creditors just won't take 'em.
