i can never make my hardener last as long as the bondo? I think i need about 3 times as much as they actually send. I'm just impatient i guess

I go through alot and run out myself. They understand that at the local auto store and give me two tubes every gal. purchase. LOL Jack F

My bondo runs out before the hardener, but I mix it to just a pink gray.......hotter for some jobs. It is a progressive, once it starts to go, it all goes...LOL..

Using too much hardener will result in a not as hard set up. Whereas using a little less than recommended extends the curing times and will result in harder bondo. BUT, I'm talking a very small amount of fluctuation. Stick to the recommended amount for the most part. You will get to the point where you recognize the right color when mixed properly...

It takes me at least three BIG ones to get through a gallon! I thought, if it didn't smoke it doesn't work. See, you can learn something new here EVERY day!

I'm like OF. That's why I buy the extra tubes they sell right beside the cases of Bondo that I buy (Actually I use Marsten's White Fill as it's cheaper). They give me 4 tubes with a case and I always buy 4 more.

If i wanted to wait a long time for stuff to kick i wouldn't be using bondo :) LOL i didn't think i was the only one that liked a bright pink :)
