SPORTSMENS WILDLIFE ARTISTRY in Houston, Texas is looking for seven experienced taxidermists, three taxidermist helpers, two people to do finish work, and one person to for creating habitats. Our shop is 10,000 square feet and we will be adding an additional 10,000 square feet by midsummer. We have lots of room to work and everyone has their own work station. We have enough work to keep at least ten taxidermists busy 24/7 365 days a year. Our Starting salaries are $35,000. to $55,000. Depending on your experience we offer full benefits for you and your family including maternity, three weeks paid vacation, relocation expenses paid, Monthly bonus, plus a $5000.00 Signing bonus if you sign on for a year.
How many hours a week is the salary based on. What about paid holidays and sick days. What is the monthly bonus and what is it based on. How do you determine the level of experience. Just because someone has been doing taxidermy ten years does not mean he produces better quality then someone that has only been doing it two years.

But why apply if you dont know all the details. Why would you take a job if its not offering something more than you already have. I guess those of you who think I am asking alot would just up and move just to do taxidermy.
The salary is based on a 40 hour work week. You will get three weeks paid vacation (wee all Like to get some hunting in) We don't pay sick days but "THREE WEEKS PAID VACATION"
The monthly bonus is based on what you produce in that month. It is roughly 5 precent of what you complete.
We determine your level of experiance buy giving you a few things to mount and looking at your work.
