User ID: jpgs22 Name: Joseph P Garner of Pennslvania hit my "Buy-it-Now" for the albino squirrel I had listed a week ago.We made arrangements to ship "Next-Day-Air" when funds arrive,So I packed it in a cooler with ice packs & insolation and put back in freezer and waited for payment..One week later he emailed me saying he could not afford it any more..So feeling a little sorry for some one that can't afford to finish a transaction and a littled pissed thinking it was sold I asked him to atleast pay the ebay fees ect. and I'll relist it..He emailed me and said he would not pay me and he will let ebay deal with it..Mr.Garner gave me a negative called me immature, now does it sound as though I'm imature ? Would you leave Mr.Garner a negative ? Just wondering what you would do ? Thanks Earl

I would write ebay and report the bad transaction.....

I would also leave him a negative feedback, and then do a search on him for at least a month, and everything he bids on I would write the seller and have a canned email to send them about your transaction with him with a link to the Ebay transaction.....

Absolutely, Earl.....

....appears as your the injured party here guy...had he not put the negative on you I'd have been more inclined to just let it go, but...you gonna have to level the playing field a little now and give as good as you got! Gotta be some kind of answer to this transgression and the negative is it, maybe he'll think about it next time....I'm also a believer in getting the last word in..ha...ha...

File non paying bidder report

That will eventually get your final value fees reimbursed.

You can relist again for up to 90 days.

Negative feedback should be part of this from the sellers end. He had no right to post negative feedback to you but once it is posted all you can do is leave your own comment in defense of your good name. This one sounds like a real jerk! Jerks like this should be expelled from ever having a valid ebay account.

Earl, for all your huff and bluff, why don't you have a contract and a collection agency by now?

do as Craig said and file a non-paying bidder report, and you can also reply to that negative feedback on YOUR feedback rating and try and explain what happened in the short amount of space they give you. Then you can leave negative feedback for him. I had this sort of trouble a couple years ago and they did refund my fees, however the feedback can't be retracted.

Best of luck!

I left him a negative saying to see auction ( 7150083382 ) for more info, ebay will probably pull my auction. If he had one feedback and it was a good one and I left a negative ,how is it he still has 100% feedback ? you can view the explanation at.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7150083382&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

You can have the negative removed from your rating if you go through square trade. Since the feedback was unjustified and he was the non-payer, square trade will remove it, albeit it will take 30 days under their policy. We used to sell about 1000 items a year on e-bay and have a respectasble positive feedback rating of 1700. Its a bitch to do, but they will remove it, it just takes tenacity whichj i know you have LOL LOL. I gavew up on e-bay a couple of years ago as it seems they pick and choose who they will protect. If you were a registered power seller making them lots of money in listing and final value fees, they would treat you like a king!
