work compared to similar size north american or commonly seen game preserve critters?

Hourly rate no matterwhat you do,percentage doesn't work that way, just more hours in that stuff.
Example, my finisher spends 6 to 8 hours finishing Kudu
Compared to 3 for elk
Prep on Kudu, usually twice elk prep, two and a half to three hours Mtime about an hour or two more than elk
Compare Elk shoulder at 995.00 to Kudu at 1,395.00
