Bear rug ears

I am doing a bear rug, and don't do many. I used ear liners, but the ears seem to be loose on the head, and don't seem to harden up like deer ears do. How can I secure the ears? Thanks.

You can use all sorts of things here but you need a syringe and a heavy neddle. Just fill your syringe with epoxy, hide paste, caulking or some other type of glue. Inject this into the ear area and pin it down till it set up.

I don't know what kind you use but some liners let you stapel them down others you need to fit the earliner in the head and glue them in then cut them out in a V shape. After that all you need to do is glue in the ears and then reset them in the head when you mount it. Then you screw the piece back in and nothing will move then.
