Please Help...

I am in need of some advice from my industry.

Alaska law says that you can not sell a "Prepared Big Game Trophy"but it is legal to buy and sell horns, antlers, capes and skins.

When is a mount "prepared"?

Thank you,
Shawn

From what I have been told, in Alaska if you shoot a trophy animal and have it mounted, it is considered prepared. In otherwords, you cannot resell a mount once it is complete of a native big-game animal
