Climbing bear (sm-med size) form needed

I have been searching catalogs-a-many for a tree climbing bear form. No luck. Does anyone know of such a form? I have a small-medium sized bear a guy wants halfway up a tree. I wanted to post before I tell him it's a custom form job. I saw Jonas had a cub up a tree but needed something bigger.
