I have a coyote skin that was commercial tanned (originally just for a wall hanging), but now the customer wants a rug with the head in it. The problem is that the ears were never opened. How can I get them opened so I can put earliners in them?

I get a lot of african animals in that the ears where not turned on. It just a mater of having patience and work.
