recently acquired a mature barbados ram. Skinned for lifesize, using dorsal incision, rough fleshed, split-n-turned, removed hoof bones and salted. I am interested in info on tanning/a tanner who will take these critters. the neck to chest area has about 10" long hair and looks to be a real bear to comb and work, same for back only about 5" long and lots of "underfur". Any suggestions greatly appreciated, I'm in Oregon.

Jim, I do alot of these sheep with long manes, I send them all to New Method, they do a great job, never had a problem, I'm also in Oregon, Bend. Ü Tim
