case skinned sewing

When mounting a case skinned animal isn't it hard to sew up between the legs? I'd like to do my next fox case skinned. Foxes seem to sew up nicely ,but less sewing is better and I would think that the finished product would be nicer.
Thanks, Eric

Why case skinned?

case skinning is great if you just want to tan the skin to hang,
but for lifesize mounting a dorsal incision is the way to go, when you get down to the feet a little cut or sometimes not at all is needed, most times you can invert the feet without a cut, this should save you a lot of time.

Matt,
I realize the dorsal incision is standard and that is what I have been using, but I've read about using case skinned animals. Anyone have any input?
