One day while mounting a Bobcat i was contemplating how to replace broken whiskers on on sid of face. I had a scrap piece of Javelina skin from the trimming of a Shoulder mount. As it turns out, they also look and feel like whiskers. made a good Replacment.

Use real boar bristle brush (paint brush!) it is the same thing for those not having J-cape on hand. I use them on deer, fox, yotes and others
use the fine hairs from an African Porcupine.....lengths for up to and including an African Lion.....
