I am going to be mounting a howling wolf in the next couple of days and would like to know some other people's opinions on how to shape the eye. I have seen pictures of wolves with eyes open, semi-open and nearly shut. What do you think would look best?

if the mood you want is agressive as in standing over a kill then wide would seem more appropriate. if the mood is a still dark silent night and the wolf would be relaxed and just "talking with the nieghbors" then closed would seem more appropriate. then sometimes the color of the eyes can lead you to a setting that seems to pick up the light better than others. easy!
