I received a coyote that was split down the front legs to the paws and also has a ventrical incision. I was wondering when I mount this coyote if I should sew up the ventrical incision then split it down the back or should I try to mount it the way it is now? The man that brought it to me didn't do a great job with the incision. (Not a perfect cut) Any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS !

Why make more work for yourself by creating more sewing for yourself?
Inform him to call you next time before he skins something.
Explain the problems you will have. And the extra time you will have
to put into his mount. And charge him for the time.
I prefer the ventral incision myself, unless its a leaping pose(belly showing)BTW,if any trappers are reading this,I HATE CASE SKINNED ANIMALS! LOL.
