Squirrel hair

I am a hobby taxidermist. I have never had a problem getting bobcats, foxes, deer, etc. to look full and natural after tanning or dp. Squirrel hair on the other hand, always looks dull, flat and lifeless. Is there any tricks to get a squirrel hide to fluff up and look better? Thanks for your help.

Blow it dry very well then when you think it's dry blow dry it again. After it's mounted blow it again with a shop vac or whatever you have to fluff it up.

Hi Dan, Mark is right about blow drying it. All our grooming even after they have been blown dried is with a blow dryer.
