snowshoe hare ears

Having trouble turning ears. Ears are so thin, they rip when turning.

You can take a syringe filled with water and go between the layer of skin and the catiladge and inject the water. This will aid in seperating the two.

The other is air. Take an air gun with a basket ball neddle on it and do the same as you would with the water. Start off with low pressure first and build up as you go. If done carefully it will do a nice job.

Thanks Frank , I tried another hare and had the same problem.I guess I am a big dummy. Most other ears seem to be easy for me to do, just hope I could master the Hare!
