What is a good method to get rid of the smell? Have never worked on a skunk before so i have no idea.

The musk gland release an oil that now coating the underbody of your car. The things that we'd usually prescribe to fix the problem are only feasible on smaller and more intimate locations. Repeated washings and warm sunny days are about your only option, but if you're in a hurry, you're in a a heap of trouble.
