I have just skinned a grey fox and discovered that the two back feet and tip's of the ear's were very badly freezer burned.I skinned them out the best i could but the feet were hard and the tip's of the ear's were too.Then I salted the hide.Any tip's would be appriciated.

Use KROWTANN 2000 from Ozark Woods! Salt will pull any remaining moisture out, they are dry now. Why not soak them back with a tanning solution?
