What do you all do when it comes to mounting the squirrel's scrotom. I have been cutting it off. I would now like to include it in standing up squirrels, but when i stuff it with cotton and the such, the preserve turns the outside of it a crusty white, and just don't look right.

I don't know what type DP you're using, but mine doesn't leave any white on the skin afterwards. IF if did, however, I'd spray the belly with Windex after it was mounted and wash all the residue off before beginning the drying process.
