I have been watching some interesting threads on bigfoot in other forums. Assuming most taxidermists are also outdoorspeople, what do you think.
Personally, I think bigfoot is a hoax. If we can find physical evidence of a giant squid who lives on the sea floor (More people have visited the surface of the moon than the deep sea) We should have some shred of evidence of a giant primate who lives on a heavily populated continent.

I have watched the film of the Pacific northwest creature, many times
it does move like a great ape. it is moving at a very fast gait. I dont know, could be a good fake.
But why does the legend exist?:
There must be something some where. Could this have been carried over from the former anceint civialization, and live this long as just a legend? If I knew would I be here?

We have Blind cave fish, Blind Cave crawfish, even had (recently declaired extinct) Blind Cave Reptiles i.e. Alligators. U of A, Fayetteville and U.S. Fish and wild life studies.
Lets look into recent world history a bit:
The Europeons show many different dragons during the Dark Ages, But also the Chinese have a recorded obervation of Dragons. But yet there has not been any discovery of remains, but yet I guess its a boggy man thing.
Much of our world is still unexplored, new animals being found monthly. I forgot the name of the hoofed mammal found in Vietnam, but we know how well that country had been covered but yet its a fairly large animal.
Now lets look at one last thing:
I saw this monster whitetail down Jones lane, next to where the Burns Barn Burned in 1962. one person has seen it live. nothother have seen anything like this in years.
But Bubba bought a camera and right there at the feeder is this one and several bigger deer, all of which noone has ever seem.
Fact or fiction? Just as credible as Sasquatch.

I remember not so long ago these were believe to extint
my local news had a story a couple weeks ago that an older man had passed away and his family has come out with his lifelong secret that he was responsible for most of the famous sightings of Bigfoot. They took the news people into his basement and they showed them a costume he had of bigfoot, Supposedly the one where they video bigfoot walking across that logging strip in the woods. They also showed the plaster replicas of foot prints he used to make the tracks. If this is true the poor fella is probably rolling over in his grave.
Ya ever seen the special that Fox aired about the mission's-kinda makes ya wonder why no other nation has had a man land on the moon-just something to think about.
I thought that most people had concluded that the dragon legends were due to cultures trying to justify the dinosaur fossils they had found. Big head, big teeth - gotta be a dragon.
If there was such a critter as big foot, some clown would have shot one, hit one with a car or found the sucker dead on a hunting trip somewhere! 7 foot hairy apes do not hide well. We would have evidence of thier kills, fecal deposits, DNA, something! Crop circles, UFO's, yeti, All reminds of recent black panther sightings in Wisconsin that all turn out to be a rangy black lab.
And I should know - since he's a neighbor of mine. He and his family are very camera-shy and smart enough to keep away from humans and to conceal all evidence of their existence.

I recently discovered how big foot has managed to remain hidden for so many years. When ever someone sees him he drops onto his hands and knees and puts his hands above his head like antlers, then he says moo and people think he is a moose. Some may ask how I discovered this, well when be and a few friends were out camping a few weeks ago we woke up in the middle of the night and he was ass raping one of my friends. We have been good friends ever since
