Mohr jaw sets for coyote

Hey all, I've got a question on what to do with the lip skin up around the jawsets? Is this epoxied here or is there a way to tuck it? Probably a dumb question but I've never done a open mouth mount before. Thanks for any help you can give.

The easiest way is for you to look at a dog.

No joke! When in dought look to your family pets for reference. It may be a combination of both you need to use.

I cut with a fine Dremel bit a groove and tuck the lips, then do my epoxy work over the top.

set the jaws and then put apoxie sculpt around the inside of the jaws over the foam , nice and thin and natural looking right up to the jaw set. Do this all the way around . Then when hardened and the jaws are in place, you can roll over the skin with a pin a little at a time and super glue the lip skin to the apoxie work. Super glue wont effectivly glue to foam itself. After totally dried , mix some flesh colored oil based paint with a small amount of 5 min. epoxie and carefully add over edge of lip skin and apoxie work right up to the flesh colored jaw set. As a final touch I will dab some dark brown skin dye very lightly with a q-tip aroung the epoxie work. Looks awsome. Good luck to ya!.

Thank You
