No need to buy one though, you can build one out of many different materials. Wood, pvc fiberglass etc. Wood will probally be the easiest to build and yeild good results. Simpliy shape a 2x6 so
that it doesnt have any sharp edges but has a good flat area to work
with. You will only be working with the first 12 inches or so. But its a good idea to shape it down approx 2 or 3 foot. Good luck

You need neither a flrshing board or a fleshing knife if you have a wire wheel. I do all my yotes on a wheel or if I have the fleshing machine set up I do it on my machine.
All you need to do is set up a wheel on a drill and you can flesh it out that way. Make sure you clamp the drill in place and have some type of cover over the wheel about a foot up. This way when you flesh it out the fat and meat won't be tossed all over the place. It can get real messy.

do yotes have a lot of fat?

I was just wondering because i have just been using a regular knife to get fat off. I have just done squirrels and a coon but on that most of the fat was off already anyway and that still took long. I will make like a fleshing/shaping board but I will still prob. have to get a fleshing knive and a skinning hanger
thanks
