What is the easiest way to remove the canine teeth of a red fox? Looking at the fox the canine's show with a closed mouth,so I would like to remove the teeth and bondo them into a groove in the form but am unsure how to get the teeth out without chipping or breaking.
Thank You,

In Osteological prep work on my own red fox I didn't want to wait until the gum and muscle decomposed and rotted enough to let it fall out. If you already have it skinned and don't require the skull etc - then just let it all rot and then the teeth should slide out relatively easy. This is the easiest - no special tools or techniques - just put the skull with as much meat cut off as possible into a one gallon pail with a tight lid and let it sit for a week. Check the teeth for looseness. If not loose enough - leave it for another week. It's kind of like maceration but you needn't add water since your not really looking for a clean skull - just for the goo at the tooth root to rot. If yer in more of a rush - wrap a bunch of tape around the teeth of a pair of stout pliers then play dentist. Pull with a slight twisting motion, a little clockwise, a little counter clockwise, cutting around the gumline with a sharp, fine blade to loosen tissue. The tape around the teeth of the pliers prevent those teeth from scratching the canines.

Glad ta help...
Use a dremel with a small round bit to cut the skull around the root so the tooth can be popped out. Just cut the meat away first. Less than 5 min for both.
