Burr's in Grey Fox hair

Submitted by Scott on 02/23/2003. ( richardfamily4@chartermi.net ) 66.188.10.190

I have just acquired a grey fox from a customer, and its tail and body are full of burr's. Most of the burr's are in the end of it's tail. I've never had to deal with this problem before and I'm a littel apprehensize to just start pulling them out. Is there someway that would make this easier without fear of pulling to much hair out? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I never tried it but I herd that detangler works great, like the stuff you put in kids hair to get the snarls out. Johnson&Johnson sells it at most stores like wal-mart. If you try it let me know how it works I hered it did.

just do as usual

Once they soak awhile in the pickle, theyre soft enough to comb out.

That pickle should work but if not...

Try baby oil. Wet the hair with it, let it soak in awhile and ease them out. It works great on horse tails and manes...

ITS ME AGAIN!!
