I have 3 questions about squirrels can you help me please.
1. I skinned down to the tail base and Im at the tail bone can I keep working my knife around the tail bone get the bone out?Or do I cut the back of the tail?
2 The hand and feet,do I skin them right down to the base of the claws just working the knife around the hand and feet?
3 When finished with the tail the flesh side will be shown do I rub dry preserve on it so it doesnt get hair slipage?
I was going to use dry preserve on it,first I was going to soak it in water,lysol,dawn dishwashing damp dry and use 20 mule team borax,would that work? Is the water,lysol,and dawn like a pickle,after soaking it in that can you rub a tanning oil on it,insted of dry preserve?
