Anyone know about USDA holding Warthog skulls--finished/ cleaned/ bleached from South Africa? They want to hold them and everything in it and send to a USDA Taxidermist? Even US FWS told me they would only hold green skulls

I am a USDA permit holder and have never had any exceptions on warthogs. Every one i have had imported, finished, cleaned , bleached, had to go through a usda permit holder.That was part of the reason I got a permit myself.
