I am doing a lifesize male mink that the customer would like to have mounted pursuing a small animal. I can find the jawsets to have for an open mount, but I am having trouble finding a form where the mink looks like it is chasing something. Can You please give me some advice?

You will need to get a mink that is on all 4's and alter the form to a running pose,if you cannot find something close enough ( which would need alteration, but less of it). Research Mannikins has an open mouth mink, but its standing on all 4's.You could start there,or get another mink form, alter the legs and then open the mouth.Alteration on a small animal like a mink will be a bit more intricate than altering a larger animal, due the smaller size of everything.
I just did my first carcass cast and it happened to be a mink and to tell you the truth it was kinda fun. It is really not hard and the skin fits like a glove. There are probably plent of articles on doing it. I got a 2nd place ribbon in our state show this last weekend.

If you cannot find a reasonably close maniken for your mink, carcass cast it. You will be time and money ahead and your results will be far better than a serously altered maniken.
