Skunk feet and tail

I have a small striped skunk that I trapped and skinned. I am quite proud since this is my first skunk and the whole operation went down with virtually no odor. The skin has been fleshed almost completely and is currently salted. The bones are still inside the feet and I plan to do a full mount. What is the best way to deal with the feet? Also, I have removed the tail bone and muscle by pulling it from the inside. The tail will not turn inside out, do I have to split the tail hide to flesh it? Since it is a smaller skunk, I considered using a body form for a spotted skunk. Is this a good or bad idea?
Thanks for your help.
Charlie

Split both QUICK

If you've already salted the hide, that means the skin on the tail and the feet have already begun to suffer the effects of spoiling meat underneath. If you don't split those foot pads and that tail to get the meat and bones out, all your hard work is about to be wasted.

Thanks
