I was wondering at what degrees would be a good starting point for a coyotes eyes to be set at? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In my experience the "eyebase"in most forms are pretty close.Pretty much facing straight ahead,maybe swung around a little to the side,but not much.As far as the pupils,coyote pupils(unlike foxes) are round so thats really not an issue.
The eye setting on predators should be set at about 67 degrees from the centerline of the head or face, and the top of the eye slants backward at about 15 degrees.
